Clinical Research Associate Medical Affairs Oncology
Kelly Services is currently seeking a Clinical Research Associate Medical Affairs Oncology
in Cambridge, MA to work a contract assignment of 1 year for one of our top clients. Kelly is a full service workforce solutions provider to 98% of the Fortune 100â„¢ companies. Primary Responsibilities of the Clinical Research Associate Medical Affairs Oncology includes:
â€¢ Works closely with field staff, local representatives, principal investigators and his/her staff to ensure appropriate submissions of all required study documents
â€¢ Ensures communication and information sharing occurs between cross functional groups and study sites as appropriate
â€¢ May contribute to preparation for, or participate in internal review and governance committees for IISR concepts and protocols and Study Progress Review Meetings
â€¢ Coordinates with investigator/site for study updates and receipt of publications/study report
â€¢ Obtains Confidentiality Agreements
â€¢ Assists with performing and/or follows up to gain additional information for Fair Market Value Assessments
â€¢ Budget review, payment schedule, and budget reconciliation at study closure
â€¢ Assist with study drug management and shipments
â€¢ Submits and maintains milestones in the IISR system
â€¢ Contributes to creation of study drug and budget projections
â€¢ Provides training to internal cross-functional colleagues
3 years experience as a CRA needed and experience with ISR is very attractive
Oncology experience preferable
Investigate & initiate sponsored studies
Proposals reviewed in a timely manner
Work with internal legal team to review contracts/confidentiality agreements
Work with online system for sponsored studies (will manage studies within that system)
Contribute to drug forecasts
Contract assignment, duration 12 months.
Work schedule: full-time, first shift.
