At ManTech International Corporation, you\u00e2\u0080\u0099ll help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Clinical Psychologist to join our team in the St. Louis, MO area to provide unparalleled support to our internal organization and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.\u00a0\u00a0 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\u00e2\u0080\u00a2\u00a0Prepare accurate and quality suitability assessments for decision in accordance with the established procedure and regulations (i.e., 5CFR Section 302)\u00e2\u0080\u00a2\u00a0Update the PeopleSoft Security module with the appropriate suitability information related to each case\u00e2\u0080\u00a2\u00a0Coordinate with sources to resolve missing or discrepant information Position Requirements:\u00e2\u0080\u00a2\u00a0Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology (PhD or PsyD) accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA) and 10 years of experience \u00e2\u0080\u00a2\u00a0Must hold a full, current, and unrestricted license to practice Psychology in the United States (including US territories) or be a duly qualified licensed mental health provider\u00e2\u0080\u00a2\u00a0Maintain Professional License through Continuing Education Units (CEUs)\u00e2\u0080\u00a2\u00a03 years assessing suitability requirements to Office of Personnel Security (OPM) specifications\u00e2\u0080\u00a2\u00a0Understanding of 5CFC Section 302 procedures and regulations\u00e2\u0080\u00a2\u00a0Knowledge of or experience with PeopleSoft\u00e2\u0080\u00a2\u00a0Effective interviewing skills, excellent writing skills and superior customer service skills\u00e2\u0080\u00a2\u00a0Proven ability to produce timely, high-quality reports that include useful recommendations\u00e2\u0080\u00a2\u00a0Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with sources to resolve missing or discrepant information\u00e2\u0080\u00a2\u00a0Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint\u00e2\u0080\u00a2\u00a0Excellent interpersonal skillsSecurity Requirements:An active TS/SCI with polygraph is required
