Job Description

As the Clinical Operations Senior Manager you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of Clinical Relationship Advisors and Clinical Coders. You will ensure that the clinical programs are set up in compliance with client requests and partner closely with Benefits Leadership, Account Management and the Benefit Relationship Management team to set up and roll out products and programs based on direction from the client. You will also be responsible for:

Leading and developing a highly visible, high-performing team

Reporting on capacity planning and day to day activities using metrics and data from Salesforce

Identifying potential risks to Performance Guarantee agreements, and working to develop innovative solutions

Developing and implementing processes and procedures to create and maintain effective and productive workflows

Your success will be determined by your ability to lead and develop a team dedicated to supporting clinical programs by analyzing complex data, identifying root causes and assisting with driving to practical and creative solutions. You will need to foster teamwork and a supportive departmental culture with an emphasis on ensuring exceptional client service. As the Senior Manager for Clinical Operations, your contributions will have an invaluable impact on CVS Health's position as a leader in the Pharmacy Benefit Management space.

Required Qualifications

5 years of experience in clinical operations, clinical requirements, clinical coding, or similar field within a healthcare/PBM industry

5 years of proven leadership experience, coaching and mentoring high performing teams

Willingness and Ability to travel up to 15%

RxClaims experience

Salesforce.com experience

Education

Bachelor's degree required; equivalent work experience may substitute
