With all services centralized in our custom-designed facility outside of Dallas, Texas, Sonexus Health helps manufacturers rethink how far their products can go.What is expected of you and others at this levelCoordinates and supervises the daily activities of operations, or business support staffAdministers and executes policies and proceduresEnsures employees operate within guidelinesDecisions have a direct impact on work unit operations and customersFrequently interacts with subordinates, customers and peer groups at various management levelsInteractions normally involve information exchange and basic problem resolutionAccountabilities Supervision of licensed nurses who perform compliance persistency calls and pharmacovigilance in a call center environmentAssisting with the day-to-day operations to include quality monitoring of calls and chartingTraining on adverse event, product complaint reporting, and medical information to clinical and non-clinical staffImplementation of new programs to include writing and updating work instructions and standard operation proceduresPerforming User Acceptance Testing of new and existing systemsOnboarding of new clinical staffProviding phone coverage for breaks, lunches and absences as neededSending adverse event reconciliation reports to clientsMentoring and coaching staff to meet key performance indicatorsInterviewing potential new candidatesAssisting with program developmentBeing a positive change agentDocumenting program deviations in the Corrective and Preventive Actions company database and following up to ensure all required coaching and training is completed by the associated team membersMaintaining oversight and management of the online Adverse Event training database for all team members. This includes monitoring for upcoming training deadlines, reminding personnel to complete or renew their annual training and assigning the training to new team members as needed.QualificationsUndergrad preferred or equivalent work experience, preferred0-2 years of experience in related field, preferredPrevious supervisory experience, preferred5 years of hospital or clinical experience, preferredKnowledge of rare diseases and oncology, preferredChronic disease management, preferredBasic health insurance knowledge, preferredCall center and telephonic nursing background, preferredMust have current Texas RN license, requiredAble to obtain RN licenses in other States within one year of employment, requiredCase Management certification desired, preferred; other certifications consideredExperience working with high functioning teams, preferredMust have excellent computer and writing skills, preferredAbility to work with Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, preferredSpanish speaker desired, preferredExperience with teaching and development of instructional material, preferredConducting web meetings, preferredPosted TodayFull time20024442
