Clinical Database Manager


Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:00PM


BA/BS degree required. Three years work experience in administrative/technical functions preferred. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Access, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook, and advanced knowledge of Crystal Reports. Knowledge of MS SQL and HTML programming preferred. Experience with the MIDAS system desirable. Ability to learn, communicate effectively both in verbal and written form and work independently is essential.


Work directly with the Medical Staff office. Responsible for maintenance and customization of the MIDAS system as it relates to managing and analyzing data for the Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluations (OPPE) and Focused Professional Practice Evaluations (FPPE). Responsible for SQL based custom report generation from various warehoused database sources including but not limited to Sunrise Clinical Manager and Soarian Financials.  Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly clinical reports. The individual may be asked to assume administrative duties as appropriate. These duties may include, but are not limited to: phone management, faxing, Xeroxing and scheduling.
