Summary:Responsible for providing software product support, technical support and training for Greater Giving clients via inbound call center, to ensure optimal fundraising events. Job Details: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Responds to inbound phone and email inquiries from clients and partners regarding the use of Greater Giving products.  Provides in-depth technical support to clients’ on all Greater Giving products and services. Consults with and assists clients before and after events to ensure fundraising efforts are optimized. Attends client fundraising events and provides after-hours technical support on an on-call basis. Performs special projects as needed, including creating training materials, assisting with prospects product demonstrations, developing client-specific data reports, and product testing. Acts as central point of contact to high-profile clients, as needed. Establishes client profile in the CRM, which may include coordinating information from other departments Represents Greater Giving in a professional and positive manner. Maintains regular and predictable attendance at the worksite. Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES Required: Minimum of three years’ work experience in a Client Service, Technical Support or software support-related role Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
