Broadridge is growing, and we are excited to be expanding our team. We are seeking a Client Project Administrator to join our Deer Park, Long Island office. In this role, you are responsible to ensure the operational efficacy and effectiveness of the Mutual Funds Department. You will design and document work flow, manages and provide solutions to new departmental ideas, trends and concepts, and support reporting and analytics requirements.

Responsibilities:

You will monitor the effectiveness of systems, policies and procedures and make appropriate recommendations to ensure daily operations are efficient

You'll design, develop, and maintain department spreadsheets and databases

You will improve productivity, craft controlled processes, and automate repetitive tasks

You'll coordinate data for Client Surveys and Quarterly Business Review

You will perform research and analysis support to the client facing group and management team regarding internal operations, client transactions, campaign processing and other business processes

Coordinate or participate in process improvement, and process design initiatives, and compile required documentation.

You will coordinate new client conversions and existing client testing.

Day-to-day activities:

You'll perform day-to-day assigned functions in the specified timeframe to ensure that our client expectations are met and exceeded

You will appropriately communicate and advance internal client concern in an appropriate fashion

You'll monitor, maintain and update daily/weekly reports and circulates to the MFD group.

Coordinates activities with other internal groups, production and systems, to meet client needs.

Coordinates client meetings / user group updates on and off site to build stronger business relationships.

Monitors project completion from initiation through delivery.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years experience in a client service and/or sales related role or equivalent experience

B.A/B.S Degree in Business Management or Computer/Management Information Systems or related field

Deep understanding of MS Office suite products (Excel, Word, Power point) and Macros required

Brokerage industry knowledge a plus

A self-starter who is highly adaptable with superb interpersonal skills and collaborative skills

Proven proficiency in maintaining client operations support, high client satisfaction, and overall client advocacy

Very detail oriented, ability to multi-task, and excellent time management and follow-up skills
