This position reviews large volumes of checks for possible fraud situations. The ideal candidate will be able to evaluate the risk potential in order to take appropriate action to mitigate loss. Quick decision making skills are a plus.

Candidates should be capable of excelling in individual and team work environments and be very detail oriented

Schedule: Monday to Friday: 6:00 am-2:30 pm Pacific (Frequent overtime required)

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Three to four years of experience in clerical and customer service activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

In-depth knowledge of products, services, terminology, procedures and systems related to assigned area

Strong customer service skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service

Ability to identify and resolve/escalate complex problems

Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Fraud experience
