Brief Description The Marketing Program Manager is responsible for driving Channel Partner increased revenue for Rexnord products. The position is responsible to conceive, organize, promote and implement effective programmatic initiatives. The ideal candidate understands the driving forces behind customer behavior and will collect and analyze metrics from both real-life and digital data. The candidate will be highly analytical and focused, with a keen insight on continuous improvement opportunities. This position involves both short and long-term programs that attract our customers through effective marketing campaigns with our Channel Partners. The position will report directly to the Field Marketing & Training Director. Key Accountabilities Create program initiatives that help our Channel Partners increase Rexnord revenue through their business. Develop and implement a new product introduction process for both major and minor products Develop and implement a sales recovery process Implement metrics\/scorecards for each Channel Partner program that support Partner Incentive Programs (PIP) and measure Annual Incentive Rebates (AIR) Ensure alignment with Rexnord\u2019s digital marketing strategy and create plans that help our Channel Partners increase traffic to their website with Rexnord products\u00a0 Allocate and control company resources as they relate to individual programs as well as departmental budgets Qualifications Job Requirements Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related field. 5 years\u2019 experience in marketing related program management (business to business experience preferred) Ability to collaborate across geographic and organizational boundaries to achieve business objective Ability to work both in the office and in the field (some travel required) In-depth knowledge of digital marketing practices Self-directed and able to effectively organize work, prioritize and manage time effectively within a team in a fast pace environment with minimal supervision Experience with measuring, tracking and improving ROI Problem solving skills, results driven and ability to demonstrate continuous improvements Self-directed and able to prioritize in order to meet Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM software Capabilities and Success Factors Plans and Aligns: Optimizes work by applying the most effective, efficient and accurate processes to accomplish goals and objectives. Is able to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments that are aligned with organizational goals. Is focused on seeking out and implementing continuous improvement opportunities.
