TheGallagher Global Brokerage (US Division) is looking for an experienced Change Managementand Communications Program Manager who will be responsible for leading all changemanagement, training and communication projects across the division. This rolewill have a dual reporting relationship to the division\u2019s Vice President ofStrategic Initiatives and Communications and aProgram Strategy Leader\/COO. This role is responsible for developing supportingplans, coordinating teams and developing high quality assets for relatedprojects. Work to include building project, training and communication plans, developingand executing on change management tactics, as well as creating presentationsand writing communication assets. Works closely with GGB-US VP ofStrategic Initiatives and Communications tocoordinate and align with other divisional project work, as well as to drive consistentcommunication and change practices across the division. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Leads and supportsvarious GGB-US change management, communication and training efforts asassigned, including (but not limited to): \u00b7Development and execution of a changemanagement strategy in support of all project\/programefforts, including consistent and integrated change management,communications and training plans \u00b7Supports all divisional changemanagement activities and planning, including the development of strategies andtactics, change impact analysis and audience\/stakeholder assessments \u00b7Defines and measures success metricsand monitors change progress with Program Manager and Program Strategy Leader \u00b7Able to manage a budget, and providerelated reporting, as needed, to support project\/program needs \u00b7Coordinates and facilitates focusgroups and\/or project governance meetings to promote stakeholder engagement andcompliance with planned timelines \u00b7Ability to write and edit variousassets in support of all related projects, publications or communications \u00b7Collaborates with broader Project Teamand related GGB-US Communication, Change and Learning & Development(L&D) functions on various projects to build integrated plans and ensuretimely delivery of assets to support business needs \u00b7Writes and edits content for GGB-USinternal SharePoint sites, newsletter and related publications in support ofproject work, coordinating with GGB-US Internal Communications Manager, whereneeded \u00b7Utilizes GGB-US standard communicationdocumentation and templates (e.g. SharePoint and\/or shared drive); enabling an\u2018ease of use\u2019 framework and common structure for the program and Broader HRteam \u00b7Ensures all GGB-US change management,training and communication deliverables are in alignment with AJG Brandingguidelines; formats\/packages and organizes assets prior to delivery to clients \u00b7Works with GGB-US Internal Communicationsand Change Management Leader and Program Strategy Leader to identify and pursuerelated initiatives that will improve internal communications, promote employeeengagement, and support\/promote company culture and shared values, while alsobuilding company's external brand \u00b7Collaborates with Internal DocumentManagement Team, Marketing, Corporate Communications, and\/or other vendors tosupport assigned projects (with communications\/project needs), or to obtain orcreate new graphics and templates\u00a0 Requirements: \u00b7Bachelor\u2019s degree \u00b7Minimum 5-7 years directly applicableexperience in the management of change management, training and\/orcommunication-related projects, including communication writing, development,planning and\/or editing of content. \u00b7Proficient in developing and followingintegrated, complex work plan(s) that span multiple projects and stakeholders;ability to manage high load\/complex projects \u00b7Able to create and updatespreadsheets, schedule meetings, create agendas, and follow up on deliverables \u00b7Strong consulting and analyticalskills with the ability to assess business and human performance goals and gapsusing both qualitative and quantitative factors \u00b7Excellent presence and ability tobuild and sustain professional relationships at all levels of the organization \u00b7Strong written and verbalcommunication skills \u00b7Proven business and financial acumen \u00b7Experienced in, and ability to writeand edit communications for varied audiences \u00b7Proficient in using MS Officeapplications with key strengths in PowerPoint (Med\/high skill level \u2013 creatingand editing decks, formatting, graphics, etc.), Visio, and Project. \u00b7Fast learner, self-starter, team player,good at collaborating \u00b7Driven, flexible, can handle afast-paced and ever-changing environment \u00b7Prior experience in the development ofSharePoint web content and editing is a plus \u00b7Prior experience in the financialservices or insurance brokerage industry is a plus TravelRequirements: \u00b7At most up to 15% travel, in supportof special projects, when needed.#LI-CS1 Work Traits: Works in a fast paced and changing environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Process-oriented Strong analytic and problem solving skills Works well with others;
