This position is responsible for developing and executing change management strategies to support HR M&A, Business Development and other key HR initiatives. The Employee Experience and Change Lead/Manager will provide expertise and support in the identification, planning, coordination and execution of HR related-change management activities, including organizational change. This position will focus on faster adoption of changes impacting employees in order to help achieve business results and enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Develops and facilitates the implementation of employee experience and change management strategies. Promotes awareness of the methodology (tools, processes and practices) that will help manage the people side of change due to HR M&A, Business Development and other key HR initiatives. * Works with HR leadership to maintain a change management portfolio (e.g. calendar, sequencing of key change and communications activities). Identifies and prepares risk mitigation plans. * Consults with project teams and stakeholders to assess and continuously monitor the level of change readiness required at each critical phase of key HR initiative, deal or business development lifecycle. * Works with HR project teams to develop change management strategy and plans. This requires collaboration with project leads and sponsors, impacted managers and employees and other stakeholders such as Corporate Communications. * Enables project teams to deliver the appropriate level of change messages that will ensure successful adoption of HR initiatives:

* Creates targeted change management plans, including oversight over communication and training plans

* Conducts stakeholder analysis and recommends appropriate segments of audiences * Creates key messages and provides input to communication materials and training tools * Serves in advisory capacity on large projects that have external consultants; executes change management plan and activities on smaller projects. * Monitors the adoption, utilization and proficiency of the changes impacting employees in the organization as a result of HR M&A, Business Development and other key HR Initiatives.


* Minimum Bachelor’s degree required * Change management certification or designation strongly preferred * Minimum of 10 years of change management experience, including experience with large organizational change efforts. Experience with M&A and Business Development initiatives a plus.
