As a Cash Collection Specialist, you will make business-to-business calls to collect account receivables and resolve past due account balances. Additional responsibilities will include but not limited to; maintaining a client-centered focus in all interaction, documenting detailed notes on all client interactions, communicating account status to internal and external clients, providing past-due account progress reports, reducing days sales outstanding, and facilitating dispute resolution. While serving as point of contact for internal and/or external clients you will also educate clients and associates on policies, procedures and plans.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevantwork experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience

At least 1 year of finance, accounting, or collections experience

Expectations:

Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
