ABM is seeking an energetic, passionate and highly motivated candidate that will help take ABM’s campaigns to the next level. This position will support our Industry groups across ABM to create, execute, optimize and report on B2B digital marketing programs across all channels.  This person will be responsible for helping develop and adhere to campaign planning processes with all internal stakeholders and marketing team members.

This position will also assist in supporting the digital marketing goals of the various business units by testing, refining, and troubleshooting new and existing marketing programs that include email, SEM, social media, website real-time personalization, etc. as well as help develop and interpret reporting & analytics to understand program effectiveness and ROI.

The position will report to the Senior Director, Digital Marketing.

Primary Responsibilities:

Coordinate with key functions as they fulfill on the programs that comprise a campaign (reputation, demand creation, sales enablement, market intelligence), and the tactics that comprise these programs. 

Act as an ombudsman for questions on campaign priorities, responsibilities, resources and timing.

Develop and execute B2B marketing programs for a variety of channels, industries, and target audiences in line with our overall goals

Develop nurture programs targeting both prospects and existing clients across various channels with the goal of driving conversions, opportunities and bookings

Test, measure and optimize messaging, assets, programs, segments, tactics, etc. on an ongoing basis

Define common campaign structure and elements to used across industries and channels.

Allocate and document the responsibilities of various functions during the campaign planning and execution lifecycle, follow up with relevant parties and communicate timelines and expectations both with marketing and marketing strategy.

Work with industry groups, marketing strategists and sales leaders to shape campaign themes for a yearlong timeframe.

Work with data analyst, web, SEM, social, paid advertising and marketing automation specialists to measure campaign performance with business leaders to course-correct as campaign execution unfolds

Edit, proof-read, and get approval for marketing campaigns

Become the “center of excellence” for all digital marketing assets and programs by providing support to other marketing personnel within ABM and sharing successes across the enterprise

Participate in the brainstorming and implementation of new programs, tactics, and processes

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience campaign planning and execution, with a focus on digital and demand generation 

At least 1 year experience working with marketing automation systems, Marketo preferred

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, analyze program effectiveness and ROI

Strong editing & proofing skills

Well organized with ability to multi-task and think outside of the box

Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as a member of a fast-paced marketing team

Must be able to prioritize projects, work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Additional Desired Skills:

Working knowledge of Salesforce 

Proficient in Marketo or other marketing automation software

Experience with project management or marketing resource systems

Experience with campaign measurement via marketing automation reports, Google Analytics and Adwords, SEO and social media analytics
