Call Center Quality Control Specialist

Kemper is seeking an experienced Contact Center Quality Control Specialist to fill a new and critical role within our contact centers. The main function of this position is to facilitate excellent customer experiences though listening to, scoring and delivering coaching on recorded customer interactions within our centers.

On a monthly basis, the qualified candidate filling this role will listen to and score a number of calls for each of our contact center advocates, and deliver timely, effective coaching to those advocates that is designed to enhance the experience of our customers. Your knowledge of customer experience expectations, willingness to be part of the management team, flexibility in accepting coaching and working in a very dynamic environment will be critical to your success in this role.

Position Qualifications:

• 3+ years of contact center experience is required

• 1+ year of experience listening to and scoring calls in a contact center environment

• 1+ year of experience delivering coaching to contact center advocates is required

• Bilingual capability is strongly desired but not required

• Supervisory experience in a contact center environment is desired but not required

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required
