Our team collaborates across a matrixed organization to deliver business value through efficient, disciplined and predictable project execution of effective solutions to business problems and opportunities.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0What you\u2019ll do:This CPMO Project Management Practices and Continuous Improvement (Staff Project Manager) role is responsible for supporting several key activities related to executing and maturing Project Services project delivery capabilities. The focus of this role includes the execution and support of lessons learned processes and continuous improvement analysis, the management of Project Serivces risk and controls framework, partnership with Project Services team members to facilitate execution of documented best practices, and facilitating responses to audit testing of projet management processes.
Work with Project Managers to develop Interim or post project lessons learned surveys
Compile lessons learned survey results for communicating feedback to project teams including technology and business leadership
Participate as needed in lessons learned reviews with project teams and other stakeholders
Provide analysis of lessons learned trends for continuous improvement
Participate in continuous improvement efforts to mature project management and project delivery practices
Maintain and update Project Services Risk and Controls Self Assessment (RCSA) data
Create quarterly RCSA certification summary information for Project Services leadership certification
Support key artifacts reporting and facilitate updates to project documentation
Partner with CPMO and Project Services management to respond to internal and external audit, risk, and compliance requests
Adapt style to work with a diverse set of stakeholder needs and expectations
Work across diverse business and technical partners to broker decisions and negotiate trade-offs
Distill complex information for business partners and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
Mediate and resolve conflicts
Consider strategic direction when making decisions
Demonstrate sound judgment regarding decisions and escalations with incomplete information
Travel up to 20%\u00a0

What you have:
Bachelor\u2019s degree with 3-5 years of project management experience with a focus on risk management and process improvement including lessons learned and continuous improvement practices

Experience with risk and controls frameworks, reporting, or data management

Ability to aggregate, analyze, and summarize data for trends and themes to document and discuss findings

Ability to navigate and be successful in a highly matrixed organization and interact at all levels of the organizational hierarchy including technical staff and senior leadership
Sound business and technical acumen
Focused and versatile team player that is comfortable under pressure
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management tools and methodologies
Experience with and\u00a0understanding of various software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum
Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence,\u00a0and SharePoint

Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and processes to support continuous improvement and process maturity
