Key Areas of Responsibilities (KAR) for this role:

•Develop Power BI and SSRS reporting solutions

•Ensure business processes are effectively mapped into software configurations

•Maintain all Masterdata/dimensions and hierarchies; monitor dimension hierarchy processing and applications within Data Management scope

•Implement and support tools that provide custom web-based business analytics and standardized reporting

•Partner with various functions to streamline business processes and improve employee productivity

•Lead complex projects through requirement definition, design, development, pilot, validation, deployment and training to provide cost effective solutions that satisfy user requirements

•Ensure existing and newly developed tools are adequately documented and users are appropriately trained

•Identify and assess future changes or process improvements to automated reporting landscape

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's Degree in information systems or financial discipline, MBA preferred

•5 - 7 yrs minimum years’ experience in information system with emphasis on automation and accounting/finance. •5 - 7 years’ experience in information system with emphasis on automation and accounting/finance preferred.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization

•Advanced PC skills with demonstrated knowledge of Excel, Visual Basic, MS Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and SQL

•Advanced knowledge of MS SQL Server and/or like Database solutions

•Demonstrated knowledge and project completion on MS SSAS or relational SQL workflow models

•Advanced analytical and conceptual skills with ability to interpret data, analyze complex problems, and present them to various groups using appropriate methods

•Good organizational and time management skills and the ability to work with limited supervision on new projects

In this role you have opportunity to

Act as subject matter expert for content, processes, and development of business process systems and/or applications for Philips HealthTech Global Finance function. Plan and direct the analysis and reporting of a complex organization utilizing automated systems for reporting and data management. Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, defining, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Ensure recoverability, integrity, security, availability, performance, and development of business systems.

You are responsible for the following

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
