We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated individual to fill the position of Business Reporting Analyst in the Business Reporting group located in Dallas, TX.

Essential Job Duties:

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated individual with strong accounting and systems skills to perform the following:

Prepare consolidated management reports and analysis for the Vinyls chemicals business group.

Prepare monthly Calcium Chloride warehouse, rail, private carriage, and barge journal entries and provide reporting to the Logistics group.

Coordinate and review outlooks and annual plans for the private carriage and Calcium Chloride businesses.  Ensure projections represent management’s objectives and are prepared on sound operating and business information.

Provide administrator support to business users for financial database (TM1); including reconciliation of month-end uploads and resolution of discrepancies.

Provide end user training and updates to end user TM1 documentation.

Provide technical support, fix pack testing, upgrade testing, enhancement requests, and understanding of financial database architecture.

Assist Manager and Business Users on special projects and financial.

Assist with Audit and Tax requests.

Identify and recommend corrective actions within areas of responsibility.','!*!

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (minimum of 18 hours of Accounting).

Minimum 10 years accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in SAP, financial databases, and Microsoft applications.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Prioritization, organization, and timely decision making skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work as part of a team.

Additional Desired Qualifications:

MBA and/or CPA preferred.

Experience with TM1 Financial Database
