Position Description UHG Ventures is seeking an experienced Business Process Consultant to help support our growing portfolio of investments. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a world class team to help support and grow industry changing ideas. As a Business Process Consultant with UHG Ventures you will be focused on diagnosing process improvement opportunities and implementing solutions related to scaling and optimizing. You will also provide strategic insight to support business decisions and continuous quality improvement through reporting, analysis, audits, and internally developed plans and programs. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong analytical and organizational skills and the ability to clearly communicate with excellence across all levels of the organization. Primary Responsibilities:Identify process gaps and organizational inefficiencies using process improvement methodologiesEngineer, document and implement new processes that improve communication, add efficiencies and establish review pointsWork with our operations leaders and field operators to understand the intricacies of our operations; identify and implement improvements to our processes and interactions with customersIdentify metrics that drive results, build behavior shaping reporting and measure impacts of actions on businessesPartner with senior management on priorities and implementation Requirements To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the qualifications listed in this posting. Required Qualifications: B.A. / B.S.
