Key Responsibilities:

Handles projects or work with a defined scope in own discipline and typically has short term focus

Works with guidance on small to mid-size projects

Works as a liaison with business and PMO areas with respect to scoping, reviewing and finalizing project requirements

Identifies and documents detailed operational readiness requirements for systems enhancements based on knowledge of business needs

Aggressively manage business requests with Ops partners and management

Drive continuous process improvement and increase operations efficiency.

Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and internal supervisory control procedures

Lead associates through a changing environment while maintaining focus on the overall strategy

Support the implementation of MMLIS s strategic initiatives

Deliver the highest level of service to our field, internal clients, and instill a service culture in the team

Conduct meetings to discuss strategy and help streamline procedures

Basic Qualifications:

2-5 years of related Broker-Dealer operations experience

HS degree

Qualified Candidates must be authorized to work in the US for any employer without requiring Visa Sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree

FINRA licenses a plus

Skill in working with all levels of the organization including both internal & external business partners

Assist with training and developing team members

Superior written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Listening skills

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

Time management (multi-tasking)

Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance


Strong service attitude and the ability to instill in others

Negotiation skills
