This individual will report to the Vice President of Business Development Manager, OGC Markets and Strategies and work with the Pursuits team to:

• Develops and monitors informational databases to help generate leads for white pagers on the opportunities

• Manages the District CRM database

• Creates and implements responsibility matrix defining roles and deadlines for target pursuits research

• Ability to write, edit and manage development of complex requests from Business Development and Business Line Managers

• Strategic thinker that can communicate/mediate the key issue analysis on targeted; projects and clients pursuits

• Interacts well with client discussions, interviews and presentations

• Seeks upward mobility in the organization


• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications, Business, Construction Management, etc.

• 2 years of similar experience for a large Engineering or Construction company

• Excellent written communication skills;

• Previous experience administering a CRM on a service-oriented application and integration platform, i.e. SAP

• Previous experience using Tableau based or similar reporting tools

• Advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is a strong plus
