What you\u2019ll be doing…
As part of Verizon\u2019s Enhanced Communities, you\u2019ll be tasked with demonstrating the value our products and services have within the multi-dwelling community. As our Business Development Manager you will work face-to-face with our customers by building lasting and trusting relationships. You\u2019ll be responsible in in negotiating and securing new contracts by expanding our reach and revenue. Partnering with internal organizations in ensuring our clients have a premium experience in our network rollout.

Prospecting, negotiating and securing Verizon fios agreements in developing multi-dwelling communities.
Identifying key buying influencers within the market and determining budget and timeline.
Participating in industry events and forums to create a pipeline of potential customers.
Responsible in creating sales forecasting, reporting, proposals and presentations for leadership.

What we\u2019re looking for…
You\u2019re a quick study and it doesn\u2019t take long for you to see what needs to get done. You bring a broad perspective of sales, marketing and customer service and understand how to develop strategy and turn it into action. People trust you. You relate well to different kinds of people and work collaboratively to resolve problems and negotiate the best outcomes.
 
You\u2019ll need to have:

Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

Four or more years of relevant work experience.

Three or more years of experience in sales or marketing.

Sales forecasting, funnel management and reporting experience.

Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Even better if you have:

Bachelor\u2019s degree or four or more years of work experience in business to business sales.

Master\u2019s degree.

Experience in selling services to multi-dwelling properties. Experience in sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Strong utilization of Google Suites Sheets, Drive and Doc.
