Business Development Engineer


The Business Development

Engineer (BDE) has an external focus relating to the pursuit of new

opportunities and has a wide range of knowledge combined with technology

expertise (systems/mechanical/electrical) enabling the BDE to introduce Moog as

a next-gen problem solver to potential customers.


You can expect to:

·     Work closely with the Business Unit Managers to

target technical points of contact, seek out new markets and identify

opportunities for sustaining engineering programs. ·     Grow relationships with a customer’s technical

staff.·     Work an effective program of proactive Business

products.·     Problem solve for the customer.

·     Forecast resource requirements to support growth. To be considered for this position you’ll need the

following:  ·     Bachelor’s Degree

(Engineering/Business)·     Ability/desire to

travel up to 75%·     Experience solving

customer problems and exploiting gaps in the marketplace. ·     5 years’ experience

in a highly technical business development role delivering custom engineering

solutions OR 5 years’ experience customer facing engineering program management
