Help our health plan partners win and retain pharmacy lives. Develop and deploy Health Plan specific marketing plans that leverage ESI’s pharmacy benefit expertise. Provide tactical, strategic consultation and achieve quantifiable results. Interpret and discuss financial and operational implications for various client specific opportunities/challenges and execute in collaboration with product, account management, and marketing.

Provide market intelligence and input on behalf HP division and its clients to product and marketing teams.


Strategic Consultation to help Health Plan retain and grow pharmacy lives

Health Plan market research responsibilities with the goal of Identifying client specific sales strategies

Work closely with marketing and product teams to provide market intelligence and input on behalf of HPD and its clients.

Strategic long range planning

Market Analysis and Assessment

Interpret and discuss financial and operational implications for various client specific opportunities/challenges and collaborate to execute customer-centric plans for growing volume and profit.


Health Plan sales experience highly preferred

Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent work experience.

10-15 years relevant experience or Master’s degree with 8-12 years relevant experience; includes 5-7 years relevant management/leadership experience.

Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office and Internet experience.

Superior verbal and written communication and presentation skills

Superior analytical and problem solving skills.

Consistency in demonstrating the Express Way values and shows high potential for demonstrating Leaders Lead values.

Experience leading cross functional initiatives or teams or acting in mentor capacity.

Knowledge of the healthcare and PBM industry required; Strong focus on book of business client satisfaction and client retention results.

Demonstrated ability managing projects, utilizing proven project management processes.

Ability to travel overnight up to 15%.
