POSITION SUMMARY As the Digital Business Analyst for our Medicare prospects, you will contribute to the delivery of digital solutions that enable a personalized and relevant consumer experience with Aetna. The roles in this function are accountable to support the channel strategy, operating plans, media management, and digital asset support and management. The Digital Business Analyst will collaborate with external vendors, internal business partners, consulting with team members and\/or matrixed staff as required in support of digital prospecting tools initiatives. Fundamental Components: Ability to execute and support digital assets for business and operational initiatives, including content reviews, updates, maintenance and project management. Understands web analytics, user experience concepts, content management, and other digital products. 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst\/systems design and development, creation of detailed business, functional, and technical requirements. This includes the development of use cases\/process flows, wire frames, and visual prototypes. Demonstrated experience developing system application design, business process design, and in developing and writing clear functional\/technical business requirements. Assesses the needs of primary business functions and the impact on business functional requirements prior to taking action. Suggests technical solutions for business functions, and implements action plans to improve ongoing business performance in ways that minimize day-to-day disruption of operations. Demonstrated ability to create procedures and standards with large scale, enterprise software web\/application and performance management. Experience in metrics\/analytics\/measurement including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tag Management solutions, and deep experience in URL driven, query string\/parameter passing. Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills; must be able to communicate ideas and analysis in clear and concise fashion to client, colleagues, and senior business leaders. Understands and applies any legal and regulatory requirements. Works with project leads to develop requirements work plans, identify task dependencies, develop estimates and determine resource skill requirements; supports risk management and change management activities. Identifies, refines, and accurately articulates the business objectives and value propositions of assigned initiatives. Contributes to the resolution of moderately complex problems; analyzes possible solutions using expertise, judgment, and precedents. Demonstrates command of Aetna brand and digital guidelines and ensure consistent application across assets. Acts as a resource for colleagues; responsible for portions of large projects or leads projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Ability to lead larger components of digital projects independently. BACKGROUND\/EXPERIENCE desired: 5 years experience with one or more of the following methodologies: management consulting, project consulting, business process consulting. Experience with moderate scale initiatives with moderate degree of complexity. Operational experience in a relevant discipline. Demonstrated superior business process and project management. Demonstrated relationship management skills at the senior level; capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels of the organization simultaneously. EDUCATION The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
