Brand Campaign Manager, Global Branding

This position reports to the Vice President, Global Branding and Corporate Citizenship, and is responsible for effectively developing and executing integrated marketing communications strategy across a matrixed organization in support of the brand's corporate social responsibility platform. Specific job responsibilities include: Leading the conception, development and implementation of overall company CSR strategic communication plans that effectively communicate Raytheon's community engagement and corporate responsibility platforms to key audiences. Serving as spokesperson and external communication counselor on CSR matters to senior management, providing proactive strategic and CSR issues management guidance and leading responses in matters that could impact Raytheon's interests globally. Aligning integrated marketing communications strategy to optimize all owned, earned and paid channels in alignment with Raytheon's business strategy goals. Development of campaign and/or theme-based messaging Developing Integrated marketing campaign key performance indicators (KPIs), including tracking and maintaining qualitative and quantitative metrics Providing messaging and support for high-profile executive speaking engagements through thought leadership platforms. The ideal candidate must be able to work collaboratively in a highly matrixed organization. With a commitment to excellence, this inspire will inspire outstanding performance for the team. Represent the Company at specific functions. Must be willing and able to attend events during evening hours and weekends when necessary. Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Minimum of 10 years public relations experience and marketing communications managing integrated campaigns, with at least 5 years in a corporate environment Demonstrated record of success in developing and supporting all external integrated communication activities demonstrating a direct link to business strategy, goals and objectives Proven ability to write for business leaders and present effectively Determining metrics and methods of effectively measuring external communication plans, programs and projects Proven team orientation Strong presence with demonstrated networking success Proven digital awareness, especially in social and interactive media platforms Desired Skills: Experience with government affairs and advocacy is beneficial. Innovative, strategic thinking and planning skills with the ability to create and communicate a solid messaging framework Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and network. High professional demeanor and diplomatic skills. Results orientation in setting and pursuing aggressive goals, demonstrating a strong commitment to organizational success and marshaling resources to accomplish projects. Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, critical thinking and decision making skills. Good organizational capabilities with superior follow through. Experience in the Aerospace and Defense Industry. Required Education: Bachelors or equivalent degree in communications, marketing, journalism or related field.
