The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing profitability and operations of a thriving residential Real Estate office. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for recruiting, training and coaching sales associates and staff, as well as encouraging the use of preferred services. This position will participate in local community events and functions and continue to seek ways to improve upon sales volume, brand awareness and service.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Consistently recruit sales talent into the branch, both new and experienced.
Develop and coach sales associates so they are able to build and grow their business. Ensure that all legal requirements and compliance is met for all transactions conducted by branch.
Maintain sales meeting on a consistent basis to educate associate on current company events and issues, tools and resources available, and to facilitate the sharing of best practices and techniques.
Hire, train, manage and evaluate staff that supports sales associates and needs of branch operations.
Manage and monitor expenses as they relate to branch operations.
Be involved in community charitable events and those that increase brand awareness and provide networking opportunities.
Endorse and encourage preferred services such as mortgage, title and home warranty.
Partner with other managers and participate in task forces, committees and projects to consistently find ways to increase market share, business levels and presence within the state.
Other duties as assigned.
Must be experienced in all aspects of residential Real Estate and hold active Florida Broker’s License.
Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency to include knowledge of Microsoft office, internet, and various social media sites.
Supervisory skills needed to motivate, train and oversee staff.
Well versed in real estate laws, contracts and all procedures related to the sale and purchase of new homes.
