In this position, you will work in a fast-paced, professional, and customer service oriented call center environment within Fiserv's Lending Solutions division. As a part of the auto collections team, you will be responsible for managing assigned bankruptcy portfolios. You review bankruptcy dockets, communicate with attorneys, trustees, and in some cases, directly with customers, provide legal updates on all accounts, and last, but not least, perform extensive research regarding the value of repossessions, car values, and title information. As a member of the Collections team, you will help us to deliver world class customer service for our clients.Required Qualifications:HS Diploma or GEDMinimum two (2) years' collections experience in a call centerComfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume office setting with great attention to detail with 100% quality.Solid analytical and multi-tasking skills that result in solid decision-making skills and time management to deliver exceptional customer service 100% of the timeComfortable communicating via phone and e-mailIndependently take the initiative to drive change in the organizationPreferred Qualifications:Associates degree in a business related fieldPrevious experience with auto loan collectionsPrevious bankruptcy, repossession or other legal experience**Pre-employment background, credit, and drug screen required for external candidates.
