They will analyze and review merchandise for fit, construction, and overall quality.Responsibilities include:With support of Sr. Tech Designer/Tech Designer, lead Fit sessions, analyze fit and accurately communicate corrections of assigned product areaManage and monitor all styles from order placement through pre-production to meet the time and action calendarEstablish, monitor and maintain fit, construction, and workmanship standards for your product category and ensure consistency across all vendor and factory basesProvide technical expertise and support to cross functional teams on fit development and pre-production activitiesCreate, update, and utilize blocks and patterns to ensure standards are being metCompetitive shop the market researching size, fit, construction techniques and labeling.Leadership:Accurately estimate time and difficulty of individual tasks and projects; makes conscious decisions about how time is spent.
