Associate Project Manager- Mobility Program Ambassador

Essential Functions:

Build a mobile community across facilities and departments, utilizing multiple channels (face to face, phone, ONEconnect & online chat) to support the employees

Work closely with the project delivery team to deliver the mobility program and projects

Ensure client satisfaction with delivery of Mobile Host and Facility Management services

Provide a lead role in monitoring and increasing customer satisfaction.

Develop and maintain relationships with on-site leadership, managers and employees

Perform seat audits in support of Occupancy Planning.

Assist in site observation studies for usage, site access observations, and general reporting metrics for mobility program

Assist in space compliance for the mobile work environment

Deliver a business focused service to keep employees productive in a mobile environment

Walk the Halls on a daily basis to ensure that all sites are clean, orderly and in good repair and enter work orders as needed

SME for employees working in a mobile environment

Assist with the coordination and preparation of the Neighborhood Council meetings with guidance from ERES and Human Capital

Customer service point for questions relating to specific mobile environment usage or tools and equipment

Provide new employees workspace overview and tours along with on-site support in the mobile environment

Coordinate and Conduct ongoing BSL Forums and What the Buzz sessions

Provide excellent customer service to ensure new and existing employees have a positive experience

Site control point and visibility to any business issues impacting mobility program success

Assist with Seat Request Approvals by providing on-site verification as needed

Responsible for ensuring common area furniture, audio visual, signage, etc is presented in a neat and orderly fashion and ready for use on a daily basis

Support the team in the implementation of special projects for the client.

Administer Visitor Registration Systems (where applicable)

Facilitate Photo IDs ? Renewals and New Hires (where applicable)

Manage Conference Setups / Event Planning/ VIP Checklist Items (where applicable)

Monitor conference rooms to ensure equipment is in working order and supplies are replenished as needed

Participate in monthly/quarterly site inspections

Other duties as assigned.

Ability to travel in support of project deliveries.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)

Knowledge of real estate, furniture, accounting and core building systems

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Excellent customer service skills

Strong organizational and management skills

Excellent communication skills

MS office computer proficiency

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and work independently and under short deadlines to ensure project completion.

Understanding of Change Management principals

Minimum Required Experience and Education:

Minimum of two years of commercial real estate industry experience required either in a corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant

Work experience in Facilities Management, Property Management, Project Management or general real estate

Bachelor's degree preferred.
