Job Description / Information

The Associate Professional Affairs Analyst will rotate between various Professional Affairs functions that are responsible for supporting Stryker Orthopaedics business initiation in utilization of HCP consultants, including contracts, reporting, payments and customer interaction.

We are seeking current graduates or December 2017 graduates.

Support the Contracts and Needs Assessment Team with pre- and post-contract execution process; inter-divisional requests; event entry; and CCD troubleshooting

Administrative duties related to collecting and reviewing documentation for WSR approval; checklist and expense submissions; and agenda preparation for monthly Thought Leader Meetings for all business units

Assist the Payment Team with various assignments such as WSR and expense audit/compliance review; vendor management/setup; check run processing and customer payment inquiries

Audit assigned HCP contract due diligence documentation for completeness, compliance to applicable laws, and department procedures

Assist with assigned reporting

Projects and miscellaneous duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare or other related field of study

Demonstrated general knowledge of contract language and terms/conditions of contracts

Demonstrated interpersonal skills with a positive/“can do” attitude

Demonstrated ability to take initiative, learn new concepts/processes, and improve current processes

Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous deliverables and work in a demanding environment

Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to effectively communicate complicated issues

Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office suite technology, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
