Right now, we are seeking an  Associate Manager, Product Manager

 based at our Digital Headquarters in San Francisco, California. 

In this role you will be working closely with other product groups, marketing, regional business teams, customer support teams, legal, compliance and engineering to understand customer expectations and design effective solution to exceed them. You bridge the technical and business worlds as you design services that our users love. As Web Product owner, you should have very strong background in instrumenting analytics solutions and AB test frameworks. You should also have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript and how to create/manipulate DOM.

Define product vision and strategy. Monitoring industry trends to inform product strategy. Interact with other internal departments to formulate recommendations and actions

Lead a SCRUM team of Engineers, Designers, and Content writers to bring products to market. As product owner author user stories, acceptance criteria and ensure product

features are delivered according to specifications and on schedule

Oversee and enhance mobile and web analytics capacities

Oversee and enhance mobile and web marketing capabilities

Run AB tests and personalization campaigns

Manage FE tools ecosystem including – Test and Target (AB Test), Branch.io (Deep linking), Kochava (Attribution), DTM (Tag manager). Be very comfortable ramping on other FE tools sets such as – Evergage, Crazy egg, ADA compliance, Heat mapping tools.

Build and track performance metrics and make enhancements to existing metrics and reports

This individual will be skilled in working across departments to collaborate with Business Managers, User Experience, Application Architects, Engineering Delivery Teams, Project Managers, QA, and Operations teams

This individual is an evangelist for his/her product and has a deep understanding of his/her customers’ needs, the product, and the competitive landscape. He/she builds strong cross-functional relationships, internally and externally. 

    What you will need to succeed:

Degree in business or computer Science or equivalent practical experience

6 years of total experience; 3 years as product owner or similar

3 years of experience as a Product Manager for a software product (B2B or B2C - cloud experience a plus)

The ideal candidate has prior experience with payments and is capable of picking up new knowledge fast.

He/she is a highly motivated self-starter, and has superb execution skills.

Passion for Web technologies, analytics, AB tests, Strong empathy for end customers.

The ideal Product Manager obsessively seeks to understand the customer’s perspective, is data-driven, has a bias toward action, and can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

Ability to understand, evaluate and discuss technical integration scenarios and

architectural concepts

Experience with agile development processes and frequent product release cycles

Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast paced environment

Experience in web and mobile analytics a strong plus

Experience in web and web marketing a strong plus

Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills

Get things done attitude; Self-motivated, with the ability to “roll-up sleeves” and prioritize

Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills

Attention to detail and a penchant for creating great customer experiences

Ability to break down complex requirements into simple documents, stories, and flows

Experience working in a large corporate environment a plus

Experience in global money movement a plus
