Job DescriptionJob SummaryReceives and reviews Medicaid rebate payments for multiple programs and to identify and resolve rebate disputes.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities* Analyzes disputed data and negotiates with drug manufacturers to fairly and accurately resolve disputes.* Resolves unit disputes within 6 months of receiving manufacturer's payment. * Contacts pharmacy and medical providers in order to verify products dispensed to recipients as needed for dispute resolution.* Contacts labelers for detailed information regarding disputed items and provide claim level within one week of request.* Researches disputed pharmaceutical products in order to accurately prepare rebate resolution proposals.* Completes required Monthly and Quarterly reports tracking productivity including but not limited to, Prod 1, Prod 2, Non-Paying labelers, Outlier, 10K.Job QualificationsRequired EducationBachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceRequired Experience1 - 2 years of experience in customer service1 year of experience in analysisMS Excel at intermediate levelExperience working with digital documentsPreferred EducationBachelor's Degree in business or related fieldPreferred ExperienceMedicaid drug rebates, Medical/Pharmacy claims processing, PharmacyTo all current Molina employees: If you are interested in applying for this position, please apply through the intranet job listing.Molina Healthcare offers a competitive benefits and compensation package.
