Associate / Analyst EDiscoveryUnion Pacific Railroad Company - Omaha, NE
Provide technical support, training, and guidance for electronic discovery in all types of litigation, civil demands and regulatory proceedings. Bridge the gap between legal professionals and the IT community by managing the design and application of various technology solutions required for compliance with federal and state procedural laws.
Provide project management support in the planning and delivery of electronic discovery best practices for identification, preservation, collection, review and production of electronic information. Demonstrates understanding of the electronic discovery guidelines; provides case management support; proficient with legal technology; understands client's electronic information and environments.
Monitor, quality check and track multiple projects while meeting the demands of project deadlines. Communicate frequently with stakeholders regarding project status. Understand the time required to process information and ensure deadlines are met.
Train and collaborate with legal teams and IT to ensure consistent, defensible, quality work product. Ensure application of quality controls and compliance with the Company's electronic discovery guidelines and best practices. Ensure quality control processes are applied in each phase of processing.
Identify continuous improvement process and technology opportunities in the rapidly evolving area of electronic discovery to minimize risk and reduce costs. Learn new technologies deployed across the Company and apply discovery best practices using available technology.
An Associate or Bachelor degree with emphasis in Business, Computer Science, MIS or other related field, or equivalent work experience.

Intermediate computer skills, working knowledge of legal support tools including review, production and trail presentation software
Interpersonal skills collaborative skills, team player
