Manager, Project Manager, PLM is responsible for requirements elicitation, management and analysis, system implementation, driving adoption, supporting and enhancing small to medium size Windchill PLM projects and associated business processes across the organization globally. The BA should have prior PLM experience and expertise on industry best practices, processes and system improvements.Essential Job Functions:Lead or manage small to medium size CAD/Windchill projects/enhancement releases – includes deliverables developing and managing project plan, managing project scope, communication and change leadership (communicate effectively across multiple constituencies to support project deliverables, schedule, timeline etc.).Leads efforts to reengineer and optimize business processes and systems by assessing business needs and developing, proposing and implementing technology solution options. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in business processes in the area of responsibility.Configures and tests systems to execute features, integration, and reporting.Serves as liaison between business process owners in Business Units, Functional Groups, Regions and IT. Enable super-users (by training and performing knowledge transfer) to leverage IT systems for business process automation and optimizationDevelop global CAD practice and data management strategies and manage implementation.Maintain and update CAD tools across the company.Establish and improve modeling/drafting SOPs and oversee CAD modeling/drafting procedures across various business units.Work as an integral partner with the IGNITE/Teamcenter team and lead CAD PLM integration, product data management and business/operation process improvement projects.Develop and establish standards for data that define Edwards’ Products. Ex. Objects such as Part/Item Master, Bills of Materials, 3D CAD Models, Manufacturing Routers, and attributes and properties that define such objects.Develop policies and procedures to improve data quality throughout the lifecycle of the data. Define and implement processes for resolving non compliance to standards.Manage CAD tool installation and provide user supports and training.Continuously evaluate and improve global CAD practice and organizational effectiveness.Provide management Reporting.

#LI-BV1','!*!Qualifications:Minimum 8 years of experience in a Business Analyst / Project Manager role interfacing with multiple functional groups and stakeholders is required; experience working in an FDA regulated industry a plusBachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.  Master's degree in computer science or related field is a plus.In-depth working knowledge of CAD software, tools (Creo and Solidworks) and PLM platforms (Windchill and Teamcenter).Strong project management and organizational change management skills is required.Solid voice of customer (VOC) and other requirement gathering skill is a must.Familiar with:Related ISO standards, design control, and regulatory agency requirements.Experience in medical device design, documentation, regulation, validation, manufacture, business processes and technical systems is a plus.Required Skills:Strong oral and written communications skills, ability to develop and maintain business/technical documentation, and strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills required.Ability to interface with internal and external customers, project teams, and all levels of management.Small and large group discussion facilitation across a wide variety of audiences.Able to work effectively with remote team members.Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and priorities.Demonstrates creativity to develop and implement innovative, “out of the box” solutions and changes, rather than just incremental improvements.','!*!Edwards Lifesciences is the global leader in patient-focused medical innovations for structural heart disease, as well as critical care and surgical monitoring.
