Responsibilities
POSITION OVERVIEW
General Mills is seeking an Assistant Licensing Marketing Communications Manager to be responsible for developing and managing partnership between General Mills brands and external partners that drive value and growth through licensed equities.
 
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish connections, develop proposal, negotiate agreements and manage relationships with select licensing partners and new partnerships that may be added to the portfolio
Work closely with licensing and partnerships manager and business teams to develop strategies that drive growth, generate content, and enable exceptional results with partners
Manage the licensing process from internal leadership approval through partner onboarding
Assist licensing and partnerships manager with partner engagement strategy across licensing and promotions to maximize partnerships

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor\u2019s degree required
4-6 years' digital platform management and digital marketing experience necessary
Proven track record developing and implementing growth strategies/ideas
Strong negotiation and influence skills across internal and external networks
Ability to think strategically and exhibit exceptional organization, analytical, project management and communication skills
