Job ID: 41322Position Overview:The Artificial Intelligence Integration Director will identify, design and develop AI solutions to be implemented within technical information platforms to optimize and streamline data analysis, reporting, insights and modeling. This position reports to the Global Director, Technical Data Intelligence, and will work with extended team members from Data Intelligence team and Global IT.Function Specific Activities:Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities
Perform AI research, develop tools and assets to support AI solution
In collaboration with extended team, define, design and develop tools based on AI technologies.
Lead and collaborate with data analysts to design, build and operate internal reporting system
Collaborate with other data scientists and analysts to design, implement and execute AI projects.
Collaborate closely and cohesively with Global IT counterparts to maintain the intelligence framework, tools, datasets and standards.
Prototype and develop scalable algorithms using technical data lake to enable insights and decision making process.
Perform advanced predictive modelling to unearth key metrics and define success.
Interpret technical data requirements and manage the development of the data intelligence insights

Education Requirements: Master's Degree in (PhD preferred) Computer Science or related fieldsRelated Work Experience: 7-10 years of relevant AI design and build experience 
Ability to interact and influence senior Leaders. 
Expert level background in deep learning, machine learning and big data
Experience managing the design, development and implementation of an information system, managing large data sets of multiple sources
Exceptional working experience with relational databases, information and insights, artificial intelligence
Experience with visualization software (Tableau, MicroStrategy)
Proven experience with modelling software, data mining techniques and methodologies
Experience leveraging cloud platforms and developing in SQL
Superior critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Translate complex data to simple reports and insights
Ability to define problems and translate findings into a business message

Functional Skills:  
Capture Info/Assess/Make Recommendation: Capture information, assess it and make recommendations to Company management (e.g., senior technical management) or give the KO system information about emerging business opportunities, technology capabilities or scientific breakthroughs to offer solutions to technical problems and/or affect the Company's strategic direction.

Review Data for Completeness/Consistency: Review data for completeness and consistency in formula and/or regulatory databases, tracking systems, supplier documentation, etc.
Search External Databases: Search external and/or internal computerized databases in response to inquiries from scientists or to provide information to management or the field.
Apply Basic Statistical Tests/Methods: Apply basic statistical tests and methods to data in order to support Company decision-making by ensuring validity and statistical relevance.
Analyze Business Requirements: Analyze business requirements (e.g., functional and technical requirements, information need, business processes) by conducting information-gathering sessions with clients, analyzing the information and prioritizing the requirements to gain understanding of the business needs.
Develop Support Strategies: Develop testing, implementation, data conversion or application support strategies in order to establish directions and develop application.
Collaborate w/ Clients-ID Business System Requirements: Collaborate with clients to jointly identify the business systems requirements to support their business plans.
Create a Communications Plan: Create a communications plan (e.g., memos, letters, plan review meetings, status lists) to ensure frequent, accurate and timely communication to all stakeholders and to solidify commitment to the project plan.
Monitor Plan & Execution Progress: Monitor plan and execution progress to resolve any plan variances and provide accurate communication to stakeholders.
