You will be creating new analytics processes, evangelizing data driven decisions, and applying data science modelling into real world problems. Working with highly motivated team members located across the globe, you will lead the analytics function in this group, reporting to the BI Director.Working closely with senior management, you will develop complex models and tools, perform and present analysis of customer service industry data and identify trends, patterns and optimization opportunities.Key deliverables Provide customised analysis and metrics to support our GCO stakeholdersProvide in-depth data analysis to derive business insights and to answer business questionsManipulation of data and running models using SQLCapture requirements from stakeholders and prototype dashboard/reporting needs that can be handed over to the reporting development pod for automated dashboards to be createdIdentification of untapped offline revenue or cost saving opportunitiesBe able to design and run pilot/control testingWho are youYou have significant experience within a data science/business analytics environment, ideally with a degree or similar in computer science, economics, statistics or data science disciplines, or an MBA.You will be an experienced user of SQL tools over MS SQL server/Redshift, Excel functions and Statistical software/packages such as R or Python or SAS. In addition, you will ideally have experience of using Tableau or similar dashboard tools.A consulting industry background would be desirable, but is not a necessity.  Who are weWe believe in being Different.
