Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As an Analytical Lead, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative measurement programs for Google customers. As part of Google’s Large Customer Sales team, you will work directly with advertisers to close the gap between marketing metrics and business goals. You will build scalable measurement solutions that address specific industry challenges and work with account teams to implement these solutions.

Combined with your business insight, you consult with Google’s customers to connect their marketing programs to end business outcomes. You have experience working with clients to adapt measurement tools to their specific needs.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build strong businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

Advise client partners on methodologies for marketing and media analytics, measurement and attribution; help customers navigate industry standards and alternatives.

Identify key decision makers, challenge the status quo and influence decisions; foster client relationships with others in the organization including marketing/advertising, analytics, and corporate strategy, among others.

Consult with advertisers and agency partners to understand measurement goals and assess how Google measurement products can deliver value.

Consult with Large Customer Sales teams as a go-to-market product authority/

Partner with Go-to-Market teams to provide “market-to-product” feedback, develop feature requests and influence product prioritization.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of experience in a customer-facing role

Experience consulting with advertisers to plan and execute measurement programs.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with third-party measurement, CRM and data systems.

Understanding of Google measurement capabilities across ad and media platforms including AdWords, DoubleClick, Google Analytics, and Google Attribution.

Understanding of cloud and data warehouse technologies such as BigQuery.

Understanding of media and marketing mix models (MMM).

Knowledge of key product features such as Data-Driven Attribution, Cross-Device Measurement, Conversion Tracking, Tests and Experiments and Offline Data Import.
