Primary function of this position is to provide daily production support for Workday to meet the needs of the business. This position also provides second level support/point of escalation for Workday issues.

Essential Job Functions

2nd level support of Workday issues, troubleshooting issues and solving escalated items

Liaison with the Teammate Support Center to address issues and assist with training

Complete configuration-level tasks in Workday including (but not limited to): security assignments, data loads, report creation, business object creation

Support/troubleshoot integrations between WD and other systems

Identify process improvement opportunities.

Complete regular scheduled Workday data audits

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, HR or other related field preferred

Previous Workday experience preferred
