Position Title:

External Description:

Agile Team Lead

We are seeking an Agile Leader to lead one of our UcMod work streams. The Team Lead will work with clients to identify and satisfy requirements, and will lead team members, clients, and other stakeholders in reviewing and refining requirements for Equifax Workforce Solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Develop functional and large-scale specifications that satisfy client requirements

- Lead team members, clients, and other stakeholders in reviewing and refining requirements

- Capture and refine requirements across multi-disciplinary teams

- Build strong cross-functional relationships and teamwork in an onshore/offshore business model

- Accommodate demands, set priorities, and actively address and escalate issues when appropriate

- Successfully drive and manage multiple major projects simultaneously and with a sense of urgency

- Lead production deployment planning

- Perform system validation, and coordinate and/or conduct testing efforts

- Guide and mentor junior business analysts

- Assist clients with ongoing support for applications

Required Skills:

- Minimally 2 years experience as an Agile team lead with experience leading upwards of 10-12 technical team members (i.e. developers, QA testers, analysts, etc.)

- At least 5 years of IT Business Analyst experience with significant technical expertise, including experience in coordinating and carrying out requirements

- 3 years of SQL Database experience required

- Minimally 1 year of experience working with offshore teams in a leadership capacity

- Hands-on experience with Jira (preferred) or TFS is required

- Strong understanding of the entire System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile / Scrum methodologies

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills:

- Informix Database experience

- Experience ******** and AngularJS

- Bachelors degree preferred

- CSM and PMP certifications are a plus
