Description\r
Inspection exp Required. Should have strong inspection exp and ability to read drawings, prints, etc. Exp. working in a repair station environment a must. Nice to have exp. as/working w/ gov t inspectors. Exp w/ gov t reps and/or contract mgmnt agencies a plus. Position will interface w/ gov t inspectors. MUST HAVE Air Frame and Power Plant Cert. If they do not have this cert, do not submit. IPC-A-610 or 620 cert 620 being the priority a plus. Worker will work with other inspectors and QA Staff but do many duties alone. Will report to the Mission Assurance Mgr. Training will be the initial priority\u00a0\r

Perform Receiving Inspection and In-Process Inspection of mechanical, electronic assemblies Maintain documentation required to demonstrate conformity Initiate and maintain As-Built records and serialized inspection throughout production Generate Nonconformity records for inspection and test failures Coordinate QA activities with government representatives for product acceptance Ability to work well with others across all functional organizations Position works 9-80 work week and may require limited travel Generate STC conformity documentation Performed first article inspection for STC activities. Ability to work in various, manufacturing, and integration environments Must be able to absorb responsibilities outside of primary function\r
Minimum Qualifications: \r
Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings Must hold a valid Airframe and Power-Plant Certificate Inspection experience in electronic assemblies Inspection experience in requirements and acceptance for cable and wire harness assemblies Inspection experience in receiving, in-process, final inspection of mechanical, electronic assemblies. Ability to work well with others across all functional organization. FAA Part 145 Repair Station Inspection experience Preferred Qualification: Current IPC-A-610 and/or IPC-A-620 certificates Experience with Government standard 8210.1 Experience with ISO 9001:2008 QMS Six sigma or lean manufacturing experience.
