Responsibilities
OVERVIEW
 
This Administrative Assistant will provide excellent administrative support to Vice President, Investor Relations, Vice President, Treasurer, and Director, Treasury.
 
The individual will perform a variety of tasks in support of Investor Relations and Treasury. As an Administrative Assistant to the Vice President, Investor Relations and Vice President, Treasury, it is essential the individual demonstrates exceptional leadership, collaboration to effectively utilize all support resources, and professionalism in representing those he/she supports, the departments, and General Mills.
 
JOB DUTIES

Manage multiple calendars
Manage meeting and event coordination (may include all logistics on or offsite, agendas, document creation, etc.)
Answer and maintain Investor relations 1-800 line
Manage Investor Relations contact management system (BD Corporate)
Assist with travel arrangements (domestic & international) and expense reports
Routine tasks include office supplies management, managing phone calls, file organization, and coordinating printing for large meetings
Data entry as needed
Interaction with individuals from outside of General Mills
Sharepoint site administration
Prepare effective and accurate PowerPoint presentations
Special projects as assigned

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 5-6 years administrative/secretarial experience
Knowledge and understanding of Investor Relations and/or Treasury
Must have strong organization skills with exceptional attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Must have intermediate Outlook and PowerPoint skills.
Sharepoint and Skype for Business knowledge preferred
Awareness and adherence to Company policies around travel, entertainment and gift giving
Learning agility with policies and procedures
