Job Description

This position provides administrative support for Human Resource Team to include Vice Presidents, Area Directors and Business Partners. Example of support include document creation and editing, filing, answering the phone, handling the mail, overnight deliveries, preparing and sending faxes, photocopying, organizing meetings and conference calls, and scheduling travel. Duties Include:

•Scheduling and coordination of on-site and conference call meetings

•Preparation of documents and presentations •Creates and distributes professional correspondence to leaders, stores, colleagues, customers, and business partners •Ordering supplies

•Processing of invoices •Expense report preparation and processing

•Answer phones

•Direct incoming requests •Initiate contacts as required

•Establish appropriate contacts with other departments and external customers

•Travel coordination •Schedules, prepares for, and supports Region meetings and events

•Serve as a backup to other administrative personnel

•Edit and proofread documents ensuring accuracy and consistency of content/style

•Assist others to utilize corporate communication systems •Coordinate projects delegated to the area

•Establish and/or maintain filing system •Develop and/or maintain databases/spreadsheets for department

•Retrieves, analyzes, organizes, and distributes operational reporting •Budget reconciliation, tracking, issue resolution, and update as requested

•Other administrative duties and projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

•Must maintain a high-level of confidentiality

•Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, with peak

proficiency in Outlook and Excel

• Ability to multi-task, manage time and work independently in a deadline-oriented environment

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent judgment and tact; able to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate trustworthiness and


• Ability to work effectively as a team member

• Ability to initiate and take action when necessary

• Reliable attendance

Applicant should have proven experience managing administrative support

for an organization including project management, budget planning and

expense tracking, expense report processing, presentation preparation,

maintenance of supplies, travel coordination, meeting room/conference

call set up, managing confidential information, and general on-site support

Preferred Qualifications

2 Years Administrative Experience

Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience in Pharmacy


High School diploma, or equivalent
