Account Manager – Telecommute / Remote

(Position employees to reside in FL or TX)

We are seeking a tenacious, ambitious and dedicated professional with the desire to advance within our organization. Your focus in this role will be the lifetime value and duration of our members (elder law attorney firms). A successful Account Manager, you will create long-term, trusting relationships, manage member accounts, develop new business from existing members, and save at-risk relationships. We will rely on you to gather and use data from every member interaction to effectively implement proactive outreach and support, ensuring member engagement and membership implementation. You’ll be responsible for meeting monthly quotas while maintaining a high level of member satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Oversee management of book of accounts

Responsible for processing new membership applications through SalesForce and creating member profile

Onboard and train new accounts on functionality and features of membership, focusing on the benefits membership provides to their practice

Train new and existing accounts on how to use and implement ElderCounsel software and systems

Operate as the lead point of contact and trusted advisor for any and all matters specific to your accounts

Develop new business with existing members to grow business to meet sales quotas

Maintain existing and attract new members while attending trade show and education events

Meet or exceed individual and team quotas established by Director

Develop and oversee customer retention campaigns

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

Identify strategies to increase retention rates

Demonstrate membership value

Perform customer negotiations and reach a fair conclusion

Respond to incoming member calls, email and inquiries; as well as support as needed

Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Process member suspension, reduced-fee agreements and cancellation requests

Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines

Keep accurate and detailed records of all client interactions via CRM (Salesforce)

Analyze customer feedback and develop techniques to ensure customer retention

Requirements:

Minimum of two years of college with Associates degree or working toward advanced degree; equivalent on-the-job training

Minimum of two years of call center experience with internal sales requirements, or two years of sales or account management experience

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional customer service skills

Is highly motivated and demonstrates superior self-control and discipline

Professional and confident demeanor

Attention to detail and strong follow-through

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat

Customer focused: demonstrates a concern for the needs and expectations of customers

Hold yourself accountable for measurable high-quality, timely, and cost-effective results

Able to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative and open team environment

Ability to maintain a quiet and appropriate work environment, free of distractions during the workday

Must be able to work closely with the team in a virtual environment, utilizing technologies to communicate and make yourself accessible

Be flexible to assist with other duties and tasks as needed

Occasional travel required for company events and trade shows

Preferred:

Working experience with SalesForce

Working experience with call center technology

Experience or knowledge of law firm operations and or small business operations

Experience in virtual setting
