Job Summary:\\rOnce ad solutions are sold by the Account Executives (AEs), the Account Manager (AM) becomes the key point of contact for the clients. The AM will coordinate the full efforts of all the internal team members involved in the fulfillment & execution process to help the clients achieve the desired business results and to receive a strong ROI.\\r \\rJob Responsibilities:\\r\\rManages account after activation; understands clients’ needs and proposes new business opportunities\\rGrows the account by introducing new solution sets, introducing strategy and planning and ensures everything is working properly\\rBe the lead point of contact on assigned sales accounts\\rCommunicates directly with clients, answers questions and meets any requests/needs\\rMaintains strong and positive relationships with the clients and the internal team members; keeps everyone informed on project status; manages client expectations\\rConfirms TV and digital orders are input correctly and aligned with insertion order\\rHandles displaced TV or Digital\\rCreates launch brief and ensures proper implementation with launch team\\rTakes the lead on all fulfillment (TV, Digital, and Hatch)\\rCoordinates all internal efforts with those involved in fulfillment\\rBe the Client interface with TEGNA internal teams, such as Creative Services\\r\\r
