Smart Home Technology, Territory Manager (Central Region):

REPORTS TO:                   Director, Activations

POSITION SUMMARY:     Manage implementation of cutting-edge technologies that help create smarter homes through the use of mobile apps that allow customers to remotely secure and interact with their homes from their smartphones, tablets, and PCs from anywhere in the world. Ability to walk homeowners and New Home Consultants thru the use of home automation, such as the ability to watch live video from your smartphone or lock/unlock a deadbolt door from wherever you are. This position will be responsible for the rollout of home automation products with unique security features in addition to the standard home automation technology.​ This position may be based out of Houston, Dallas, San Antonio or Austin depending on the candidate's location

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Manage projects using defined project management tools and communication vehicles

*Facilitate enhancements to communications, tools, capabilities and product lines

*Manages all smart home technology KPI’s for assigned divisions (CSAT, Cycle Times, Quality)

*Manage smart home technology processes and procedures

*Evaluate assigned account’s business processes and provide recommendations for automation and enhancements that generate additional revenue

*Create program to train and evaluate technicians

*Act as liaison for internal and external communications with assigned accounts. Manage ongoing conference calls and ensure a positive relationship with assigned accounts

*Provide regular status reports and manage task lists on assigned accounts progress for all project areas

*Create PPT presentations

*Produce Reports as requested

*Handles elevated issues from divisions
