Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to: • Provide strategic development of account product placement and promotional national programs • Demand planning coordination with customers • Transition planning of new programs and new SKUs • Manage all financials of account including margin, co-op rebates, markdowns, etc. • Work cross functionally with channel, product and finance teams developing programs to ensure profitable, long term growth • Manage and execute shopper marketing budget to generate positive ROI • Strategic management of trade spend in partnership with trade channel team to generate profitable sales growth • Provides on-going strategic insights and thought leadership based on industry, customer, shopper and marketplace trends to support category strategy. • Develops category and brand revenue growth strategies from data, insights and other marker and customer information. • Identifies areas and events that stimulate awareness, purchase, interest and sales. • Owns ecommerce promotions and assortment decisions. Collaborates with customers and internal teams for effective product assortment, e-shelf merchandising, and promotions and pricing recommendations. • Develops the long term category growth, vision, strategy – delivering profitable growth. • Leverages data to drive changes. • Researches and executes new strategies to drive ecommerce sales. • Supports content initiatives to drive better search results. • Identifies global initiatives and influences global ecommerce growth. • Be accountable for preservation of existing business and create new business opportunities. • Maintain account relationships by creating credibility, developing trust and providing outstanding sales service. • Hire, develop and retain top talent. QualificationsThe successful candidate will be a proven business leader with significant experience in a global company. S/he must have a proven track record of building organizations and developing people. The candidate must have both strong strategic capabilities as well as be hands-on and comfortable with tactical execution. The candidate must be comfortable working in a heavily matrix environment. Key Qualifications: • Previous leadership experience and technical qualifications: o 8 years of direct and hands-on Ecommerce experience with at least a portion of that time directly working with Amazon. o Deep knowledge of Ecommerce product flow and web store performance optimization. o Knowledge of accounts, market characteristics, competitive environment, growth opportunities, etc. o Strong business acumen. o Ability to learn, understand and converse around key business issues. o Respected and trusted leader with a proven track record of achievement. o Strong decision-making skills and an understanding of where projects fit into overall Company and development strategies. o Demonstrated integrity and maturity, and a constructive approach to challenges. o Ability to operate independently given direction, and bring ideas and solutions to issues raised o Strong passion for both speed and simplicity. o Ability to analyze and assess organizational needs and provide solutions accordingly. o Strong written and verbal communication skills. o Interpersonal savvy; an ability to effectively work with and connect with all levels of employees across multiple functions and geographies. o Detail-oriented and operationally-focused. o Ability to motivate teams to produce desired tangible outcomes within tight timeframes. o Strong project planning, tracking & organizing skills. o Takes initiative & brings impeccable follow-up skills. o Strong sense of autonomy. o Demonstrated problem-solving skills. o Demonstrated ability to lead multiple activities and assignments simultaneously. • Educational Background: o BS/BA or University degree in Business or similar field, MBA a plus • Additional Preferences: o Experience working in a consumer packaged goods (CPG), fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and/or consumer durables industry strongly preferred Are you interested?
