Strong computer, follow-through and organizational skills.  Ability to initiate and manage change in a positive manner.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Create, implement and track service revenue goals/ objectivesCommunicate individual goals and hold staff accountable for results.  Provide recognition/ rewards for excellence in selling and serviceBuild and maintain a cohesive, cooperative work environment through team building and motivationAnalyze and review goal attainment and develop strategies to improve resultsUtilize and maintain guest database for phone calls, products, launches and events in conjunction with the companies registry programImplement Corporate and individual special event programsKeep team informed or new receipts, promotions and product launchesPresent and reinforce a professional appearance and maintain  Company's appearance and dress standards at all time. Maintain all safety and security standards; identify and communicate potential problems issues between service guests and students.Participate on conference calls and attend sales meetings as requiredRecruit, hire and develop staff and maintain an active candidate poolConduct monthly coaching sessions to communicate objectives, set goals and follow up on progressPerform thorough and timely staff reviews and make recommendations for compensation and promotions. Identify and manage performance and or disciplinary problems and terminations with Human Resources approvalCommunicate all corporate policies and procedures to staff to ensure complianceControl all store expenses within budget guidelines and review Cost Center reports to ensure accuracyCompete and/ or approve weekly schedules','!*!Education:High school diploma. College education or equivalent experience. Experience:Minimum 5 years-related experience/retail or beauty industry background. At least 2 year managerial background. 1-2 years customer service experience preferred.Other:Guest relations or beauty industry experience desirableResponsible for monthly service goals and retention of guests potentially effecting service revenues. Operate within approved budgets.Guests, students, staff, outside vendors, corporate staff.  Constant interaction with both internal and external contacts.  Good interpersonal skills required.  Requires a high level of contact with guests, colleagues, team members and students. ','We are an equal opportunity employer.
