Kent J. Browning received his B.A. degree in Economics from Brigham Young University in 1975 where he was a member of the Economic Honor Society. Mr. Browning received his J.D. degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 1978 where he was an associate editor of the Houston Law Review and a teaching quizmaster for two years in legal research and writing. Having served as a missionary in Mexico City and Guadalajara for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in 1970-72, Mr. Browning is proficient in Spanish. In college, Mr. Browning taught Spanish at the internationally acclaimed Language Training Mission (presently the Missionary Training Center) in Provo, Uta
