Anthony Lim, Director - LLB (Hons) (Singpore) -
Our Mr. Anthony Lim, a graduate from NUS in 1990 was admitted to the Bar in 1991. He started specializing in criminal law and after having years of conducting capital trials, he put to practice the skills in civil and commercial disputes as well as complicated divorces. In addition, he has handled contentious property disputes in the High Court. At the same time having managed his previous firm's conveyancing department, he is familiar with mortgage procedures and documentations. In view of the numerous property transactions and having acted for most local banks and some foreign banks, he has built up a comfortable and close working relationship with many bankers and property realtors.
Mr. Lim conducts lectures and talks regularly at various events of the property agencies. He also acts as legal advisor to various organisations, including a prominent developer in Seychelles.
Mr. Lim had also participated in various business expositions in Asia.
Meryvn Tan, Director - LLB (Hons) (London) / Barrister-at-law (Inner Temple) -
Our Mr. Meryvn Tan has been a lawyer for more than 17 years dealing mostly in criminal and civil litigation. He was involved in a very complicated trial that lasted 62 days. He had the distinction of arguing an Appeal in the International Olympic Council in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Mr. Tan is equally apt in corporate work, an experience gained when he was with one of the biggest law firms in Singapore.
He is a legal advisor to a few sport organizations.
Terence Hua, Director - LLB (Hons) (Singapore) -
Our Mr. Terence Hua was admitted to the Singapore Bar on 3 June 2000. He is experienced in criminal, civil, probate, corporate, drafting, advisory, corporate secretarial, risk and compliance, insurance, personal injury, motor-vehicle accident, workmen's compensation, landlord and tenancy, employment, building and construction, renovation and sub-contracting, debt recovery, hire-purchase and leasing, insolvency, merger and acquisition, divestment and, matrimonial and family matters.
Terence has also served some 2 years as Principal Legal Counsel in JTC (a government statutory body charged with the development of Singapore's industrial landscape). As counsel in JTC, Terence was involved in various projects; including government land tender exercises, development of industrial and business parks and, reclamation and foreshore matters.
Terence's current practice has particular emphasis on litigation. He is presently involved in various types of trials, hearings, appeals, mediations and arbitrations. Terence's litigation work spans almost all areas of practice.
